一、定義：

1.冠動脈繞道手術是對冠狀動脈阻塞的問題提供了根本解決的辦法.阻塞的冠狀動脈就像古老且擁擠的道路,不但路面狹窄,兩邊又充滿違章建築及攤販.要把道路拓寬很難,不如重建一條大道,冠狀動脈繞道手術究等於是為擁塞的道路另闢一條高速功路,使血液暢通無阻.這條心臟的高速公路是取病人腿上的隱靜脈或內乳動脈來建立的.

2.This is a type of heart surgery. It's sometimes called CABG.The surgery reroutes, or bypasses, blood around clogged arteries to improve the supply of blood and oxygen to the heart. These arteries are clogged by plaque, a buildup of fat, cholesterol and other substances.Narrowing of these arteries is called atherosclerosis(ath"er-o-skleh-RO'sis). It slows or stops blood flow through the heart's blood vessels. This can lead to a heart attack.

1、AACN：AACN所提供繼續教育的課程，可以以付費方式參加認證。文章分別由 Critical Care Nurse, the American Journal of Critical Care, AACN NEWS and AACN's Clinical Issues: Advanced Practice in Acute and Critical Care挑選出一些繼續教育的文章，使用者可以透過main menu這裡找到一些研究的方向。

2、American Heart Association：網站中的Heart & Stroke Encyclopedia,提供了與心臟相關的詞彙解釋,並提供其他與該詞彙相關參考資源

3、Heartcenter Online：主要提供與心臟血管有關疾病訊息的網站，網站提供資訊分為給病人看及給專業人士看，使用時需先註冊，對於疾病的成因到治療做了詳細的解釋。
