1.In-process citations which provide a record for an article before it is indexed with MeSH and added to MEDLINE or converted to out-of-scope status.
2.Citations that precede the date that a journal was selected for MEDLINE indexing (when supplied electronically by the publisher).
3.Some OLDMEDLINE citations that have not yet been updated with current vocabulary and converted to MEDLINE status. Citations to articles that are out-of-scope (e.g., covering plate tectonics or astrophysics) from certain MEDLINE journals, primarily general science and general chemistry journals, for which the life sciences articles are indexed with MeSH for MEDLINE. Some life science journals that submit full text to PubMedCentralR and may not yet have been recommended for inclusion in MEDLINE although they have undergone a review by NLM, and some physics journals that were part of a prototype PubMed in the early to mid-1990's. Citations to author manuscripts of articles published by NIH-funded researchers.
4.The out-of-scope citations (e.g., articles on plate tectonics or astrophysics) from certain MEDLINE journals, primarily general science and chemistry journals, for which the life sciences articles are indexed for MEDLINE.
5.Citations that precede the date that a journal was selected for MEDLINE indexing.
6.Some additional life science journals that submit full text to PubMedCentral and receive a qualitative review by NLM.
1.light therapy若為一個片語需以"light therapy"方式進行查詢
2.查出來的資料是系統去比對MESH term 及text word(light therapy的MESH term為phototherapy，所以找出來的資料會有文章中MESH term有phototherapy及text word 中有light therapy)
3.系統內定的語法為各詞彙間為AND，對於詞彙間若要自行下AND、OR、NOT，請務必用大寫
例如："light therapy " AND depression
方法一：利用Limit的功能→add author →輸入作者時請用姓 名(Pao cc)，名字請用縮寫形式

方法三：利用檢索語法
1.Limits：可進行Author、Journal的單獨檢索或限制檢索結果的日期、語言、年齡層等
2.Preview/Index：只想先看檢索結果的筆數
3.History：看曾經下過那些檢索詞彙，或進行檢索詞彙修正，或不同檢索策略間的組合
檢索詞彙修正只要點選要修改的策略前面數字(如1-13)即可進行修正
進行不同策略組合
4.Clipboard：資料暫存區，只能保留8個小時，最多可存放500筆資料
作法：勾選想要儲存的資料→Send to →Clipboard，以供進行email或save
