【About All Equipment】

　Group Viewing Room (Large)

There are 2 large Group Viewing Rooms. Room 3 accommodates 40-78 viewers, and Room 4 accommodates up to 11-40 viewers. Each room facilitates with a projector, a DVD player, a VHS player, a Microphone, and a Whiteboard.

Guidelines of use ：

•

Class assignments and teaching/research viewing of titles take priority over other viewing.

•

Group Screening Rooms can be reserved starting 2 weeks prior to date of viewing. Reservation can be made by phone or filling out the Request Form and submitting at the AV circulation counter.

　Group Viewing Room (Small)

There are 2 small Group Viewing Rooms accommodating 3-10 viewers. Each room facilitates with a TV, a DVD player and a VHS player.

Guidelines of use:：

•	At least 3 people have to be present in order to use the small Viewing Room.
•	For using the room, it requires at least 3 users to show up. It can be used under 3 hr for each time.

　Television Area

Each area is equipped with a large screen TV and seats with stereo headphones. News, sports and/or Discovery channels, will be shown on the TVs.

　Media Viewing Area

Each area is equipped with a TV, DVD or VHS player and 2 seats with stereo headphones. There are totally 72 media viewing seats.

Guidelines of use：

•	Prior to use, please present your valid ID at the AV Circulation desk to check out media, headphones, and a remote controller.

　Media Listening Area

Each area is equipped with a CD player, a cassette deck and 2 seats with stereo headphones. There are totally 20 media listening seats.

•	Prior to use, please present your valid ID at the AV Circulation desk to check out media and headphones.

　Computer Area

There are 9 computers with internet access. Computers can be used for interactive-computer programs, web access, or watching DVDs, Prior to use, please present your valid ID at the AV Circulation desk to check out headphone and/or media.

　Multimedia Collection Room

The temperature and humidity controlled room houses all the multimedia collection. Collection items are arranged by media types

Attention

•	Your Chang Gung University Student or Staff ID is your library card.

•	You must present a valid CGU ID when borrowing materials.

•	Borrower accounts are non-transferable.

•	Borrowed items are due before closing time on the date due.

•	Borrowers agree to comply with all Library regulations, including keeping track of due dates and ensuring Library has the most up-to-date patron contact information.

The spacious, post-modernist AV Center is reopened on 2002 and

located on the fifth floor of the ChangGung University Library.

The Center develops multimedia collections to support learning,

teaching and research. The Center also provides a range of services,

including borrowing services, consultation,

multimedia equipments and group viewing rooms.
